Bosai Tree

Recently while visiting Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA, I observed a marvelous collection of Bonsai Trees.  As I pondered these beautiful creations, I was struck by how long they have been cared for and how wonderfully perfect they were.  Just tiny little things, and miniature icons of huge full grown trees,  their beauty inspired me to try to create one in metal.  The resulting piece is  a memory of this trip.

Free standing.  Entire tree made from steel.  Branches are all hand forged.  Bold trunk and root system is welded to 1/2" thick steel plate at the base.  Branches feather out to a chisel edge.  Each piece is a truly unique creation. 

A very unusual conversation piece that will add a special decorating touch to your home or office. Weight 5 lbs.

Willow Tree

Free standing.  Forged trunk and roots.  Welded steel branches with drooping metal wires.  Extremely realistic Willow appearance.  Clean with compressed air duster. Clear coat finish.  Iron steel appearance.

Mulberry Tree

Tree Shelf

Dimensions will vary according to available wood slabs.   All wood is ¾" thick.   General shelf depth will be 6" Minimum.   Width of shelf will vary within a range of 14-24".

This unique product combines the use of natural wood shapes with custom fabricated metal trees.   The wood is Walnut, Muberry or Mahogany.   The trees are made from steel wire and oxy acetylene welded together.    The shelf mounts to the wall by two steel brackets.
