How the cross is made...
The cross is made mostly from 1/4” thick steel plate. The names are cut with a
laser. Each name is textured with a grinder and then welded into the shape of
the cross. A matrix of cut nails are welded to the inner structure. Six handmade
copper roses are welded to the vine structure. The center focal point of the
cross is the “Great IAM”. This is bronze plated and raised for emphasis. The
edges of each word are tinted and highlighted to a bronze color. Two brackets
are placed to allow easy wall mounting to any surface.
